1. Introduction

1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Nav Event Planners (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2 Nav Event Planners reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification to you.

2. Services

1 Nav Event Planners offers event planning services, including but not limited to event design, coordination, and execution.

2 Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in the Service Agreement provided to you prior to the commencement of the event planning process.

3. Booking and Payment

1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount and due date will be specified in your Service Agreement.

2 Full payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your Service Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

3 Additional costs incurred beyond the scope of the Service Agreement will be communicated and require your approval before being incurred.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1 If you wish to cancel the event, you must provide written notice. The refund policy is as follows:
– Cancellation more than [30] days before the event: [85]% refund of the total amount paid.
– Cancellation less than [30] days before the event: No refund.

2 Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Responsibilities

1 You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely decisions necessary for the successful planning and execution of the event.

2 Nav Event Planners is not liable for any issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Liability

1 Nav Event Planners is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, venue issues, weather conditions, or vendor failures.

2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services as specified in the Service Agreement.

7. Confidentiality

1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information and personal data shared during the event planning process.

8. Force Majeure

1 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.

9. Governing Law

1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
